Got C band with 4 ipf

I got the rating 4 but now band is C. What do you think is that because of my WFO compliance?

Even if you are given A by your manager due to WFO non compliance you will get C

@CraftyPounding I have maintained 100% WFO compliance and my IPF rating is 4.27, but I was still given a C band. I also have a good rapport with my manager. Could you help me understand where I might have gone wrong. Last November i was promoted from C2 to C3A, is this cause of the low band.
