got C band in the account
my manger give m c band and when i ask for reason she said recommendation was of b only but since less people are from the unit i am and we are not giving enough revenue to that unit they give me C is it true or just she is making stories can any sdm or dp here confirm?
Managers are giving different different excuses here for C band like the one which u mention,some says C band means meets expectation and if u want B what extra u did apart from ur roles and responsibilities,some says need to give C for fitting curve spectrum and all.....at the end if they decided irrespective of ur hard work no one will change ...even if u disagree in system they just have a call along with HR but that is also just formality purpose to close the thing in system....so if u disagree and u r skilled enough just resign and move on after fetching offers from outside..
