Got C band by performance management team

Hi Team,

I got B band but due rto compliance I got “c” band give performance management team.

Got 7 k hike compared.

What to do now?

I didn’t went office due to new born kid.

Any suggestions?

I Don’t know but after seeing compensation letters I checked the band it was C by performance management team

Dont take it to heart they are not considering anything now a days even if managers are with team management and HR are just linking unreasonable things to RTO I suggest you to focua on your new born and not let this thing affect you.
