But there is a catch, I got ninja initially then hot a survey email and gave test gain got upgraded to digital got revised offer letter this all before joining only

Got B last year because the manager didn't understood the impact our team was creating, he gave QAs A Band who were from managerial band from his location only , solution architect got A band and rest developers who worked hard entire year got B
