Got C Band after having good perfomance and rating

I got released from the project and still got B However I was expecting A as I worked late night and Saturday's also

I am getting release in the mid of may and I got "A" Band My highest Manager told me that I have given you A and I want you to hold your head high and leave this Project and Given that I am a C3A, this was indeed a big deal

To OP - there is no hard and fast rule that you will get C, It's just that they don't care about the person who is leaving
