Got C band 2 times continuously

I am C3A grade and got a C band last year due to project release and this year also the same C band even though I worked well and delivered tasks on time without escalation. I disagree with the band and am waiting for the skip level meeting. Any impact to CTC or career growth in TCS ?

For C no issues in salary but for promotions either A or B is mandatory

To get the promotion first Aniversary appresial and Two bands are mandatory either A or B .But C they will not consider.

who told there will be skip level meeting ??? wahts the next step after you reject the band in portal ???? I also did - but have not heard back anything from anyone yet

Same for me, I got the C band twice. I think there is no impact on promotion because my manager will initiate promotion for me next month as discussed. As per my knowledge if we get 3 times C band continuously then promotion will hold for the next 3 years. But I'm not sure. Only shared the details on the basis of my knowledge.
