Got blocked from AWS online exam

This is my terrible experience I want to share with everyone so you don't make the same mistake. I was preparing for AWS for past 2 months and I am new joinee with hardly 1 yr experience in tcs I got voucher for an AWS certificate for which I was preparing and I got my exam scheduled (online from home) and while giving exam some noise came from my door so I looked there. It was a big mistake I got warning msg then everything was fine and I was looking for the options and again I got warning that you are not looking towards screen. I tried to explain by typing but they misunderstood that I am again breaking some rules but I was literally typing to explain them. And they revoked my exam with just 1 warning........and now I am blocked by AWS from giving my exam online anymore. I'll have to give this from center. I'm ok with that too but I need my voucher back.🥲....
