Got b band and C1 grade with 3 yrs exp should I expect promotion

2 A bands are must for initiating promotion before 4 YOE. Minimum 1 A band is must after 4 YOE, otherwise wait for 5 yoe to get the promotion initiated if you have no A bands. Further, if you have Cs or Ds , your promotion will be considered at last even after 5 years. That's why there are many people who didn't get promoted even after 6 or 7 years of experience.
