I completed my first anniversary on August 1st, and today I received my revised anniversary compensation letter. Am I also eligible for the upcoming compensation revision effective from September 1st?

Congratulations on getting a hike. Meanwhile for non laterals are getting anniversary hikes but for laterals it got stopped I think in 2022 only.
