Got an offer from Accenture of 11.2 Lpa, including 1.94L variable. 3yoe, Fullstack Role.

Negotiated to 11.2 from 10.5 based on promotion I got.

I want the base atleast 11Lpa + 2Lpa variable.

Any tips to negotiate?

You've already done well negotiating up. Maybe emphasize your fullstack skills and market demand. If you have other offers, mention them casually. Be firm but open to discussion. Good luck!
