Got an offer of 24LPA from State Street for Assistant Manager with 7.5 years of experience. Is it good?

Got an offer for 30 LPA (25 fixed + 5 variable) for senior SDE role in Mumbai. I have 7 years exp. Is this good or should I negotiate more? Current package is 22 LPA.

Hi guys, I got 33 lpa offer and the designation is associate manager level.Please give me some insights on the package.Is it the right package or should I try for a better offer?. Tech stack is java fullstack with AWS.
