7moGot an offer – Need help with in-hand salary estimate
Hey everyone!
I’ve received a job offer with a fixed CTC of ₹15.4 LPA. I have 4 years of experience.
Can anyone please help me understand what my approximate in-hand salary would be after all deductions (PF, taxes, etc.)? I have opted for New regime.

If the monthly gross salary itself is only ₹1,28,333, how can the in-hand salary be ₹1.5 lakh? That doesn't make sense. 🙄
