Got an offer letter from Saint Gobain

Hi team, Need advice for an offer letter got from saint gobain for Tosca Automation Testing role. Hike is of 30 percent shall I leave the current organization TCS. Considering the condition they are sending me for onsite to swiss for one week. What should I do please advice
