Got an offer from Saint Gobain of 30 percent hike

Hi team, Need advice for an offer letter got from saint gobain for Tosca Automation Testing role. Hike is of 30 percent shall I leave the current organization TCS. Considering the condition they are sending me for onsite to swiss for one week. What should I do please advice

They are ready for 90 days notice period
