Hi guys, I got an offer for MTS-3 DE role for Nielsen Media, Gurgaon.
Wanted to know if someone can let me know the work culture and environment. Got to know that they are on a hiring spree. And have hired ex- Byju’s and Oyo’s a lot.
Because I have another offer from a Product based firm in Bengalore, I am a bit skeptical choosing between the two.
Any leads regarding the reviews for Nielsen work environment and culture would be great.

The work environment varies from team to team ig. My work env is probably one of the best tbh but my team is mostly US based including my manager. The leadership decisions are kinda sus though. There has not yet been any clarity about the hikes yet and they are implementing a pointless hybrid system even though most employees have to work or have some overlap with US timings.
