Got an offer from KPMG

I’m currently a SCON 2 (4+YOE) at EY GDS and I recently received an offer from KPMG for a consultant role 22 LPA fixed (I’m currently at 15 LPA),

Here’s my dilemma, work wise it’s the same role and my current project is really interesting, I live close to the office but the team is toxic

At the new team, I know a lot of people there and I’ve heard the culture is good but it’s a 25km drive to the office and I’m going to be going for a 20% tax bracket to the 30% bracket so I’m not sure what to do, any advice?
