Trending @Accenture; Got an offer from Infy, thinking about joining.

Even after the best performer, I've got a single digit hike that is also after 2 years and on the other hand Infy is offering more than 100 %

Let me know your suggestions and experience that would be helpful for me.

Please check if it's really worth it ? But switching is a great option, but please look into your tenure if it's too short i don't think so you should switch but if they are offering you a good designation, consider taking the hike in single digit also, anyways how much you'll get in Accenture after promotion or hike !?
