Got an offer from Infosys with 9lpa. Currently, I'm getting 6lpa. Should I join?

As a 4 years experienced Software Tester, this will be my first switch.

  1. Is it a good switch (as per market standards)?
  2. Will I have good career growth switch from Capgemini to Infosys?

Please suggest. Need guidance.

If you are in notice period ask for more if you attend Any interview during notice period. Say you already have an offer of 9lpa in hand, I might consider if I’m paid more to it.
