Got an offer from Deloitte India after a month of joining.

Hi All,

Need a suggestion, I joined Capgemini last month and now I got an offer from Deloitte India. I heard that Capgemini has a probation period of 6 months, So is it possible to resign in one month. If not any other way to leave the organisation.

And also want to know about the work culture in Deloitte India and about the stability if anyone can share their experience it will be highly appreciated.
