Got an offer from CGI. Planning to ask TCS for hike

Hi guys. Got an offer from Cgi with a 100% hike but planning to say TCS that got 150%. If they agree would they ask for the offer letter which cgi has given ?

You won’t get any retention offer from TCS.

I know it's a longshot. Just confirming if they try (big if) then what will happen? Should I go with 100% hike or tell 150%

You can try but nowadays TCS generally not giving retention offers to anyone.

Don’t even try, there is no retention in TCS now. Max they will give you onsite lollipop if onsite is there in your project.

They would ask that but you can tell them they are yet to send an email and just banter it off. They arent legally allowed to do this but its the sad reality of our country. Anyway it is best to jump to a new company especially with such a lucrative offer.
