Got an offer from Applied Material

I am currently working in Deloitte India as Deputy Manager and have 27 lpa. i got an offer from AMAT bangalore for 45 lakhs where the base is 32 + 6.4 ( bonus ) + 6.6 lakhs stocks per year Shall i join ?
