I got an offer as a Management Consultant at Accenture.
I have 3.9 years of experience with Deloitte
They are offering: F : 18.69 Ctc : 23.73
How does comp and benefits really work here? How does the timing look and are the benefits good?

Shouldn’t you be getting paid better? I think you must be an MBA, and Accenture Strategy is premium level dept of Accenture I guess, they employ IIM level folks at work. The work too would be hectic I believe, late shifts etc. But then I don’t know the usual package range for this experience. I just had seen some folks getting 30-40 LPA too, at perhaps 5-6 yrs exp
