The HR is asking for a the payslips and the offer letter and the hike letter. I am not confident to join the company. In that case, shall I share the documents? Is it going to cause any issue?

How to handle the situation if we have accepted one offer and submitted our documents and few days before joining we got another offer. Second one is better and want to join this one.
I have informed the other organisation that I will share just the compensation breakup snippet but they are insisting to share the complete offer letter.
Is it fine to do that? Would It not cause any issue if not at later point of time?
What all should/can i hide when sharing an offer letter with another interviewing company?
