Trending @Infosys; Got an offer for Associate Consultant

Hi, I have a 3.5+ YOE in Accenture as Frontend Developer. In Infy I have got an offer for the Associate Consultant role. Guys how is your experience in Infy? And what's the monthly salary and in hand after TDS and all? Reason for change: not getting a hike in Accenture for the last 2 years.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Cheers

Ask for atleast Senior Associate Consultant role or Consultant (which is higher) cause of your experience. Freshers joining currently are joining at 9.5 LPA or even 10 LPA now. I have joined in 2022 at 7.5 LPA. I would recommend you to negotiate for Senior Associate Consultant role and 10 LPA.

Thanks for the response. How much in hand should be there because in the offer letter there is only per months salary available.
How much are you making, if you can share that would be really helpful?

If you have 9 LPA (my current), there would be 90% fixed and 10% variable component within CTC. ( 8.25L fixed 0.75L variable)
I get 56k inhand, but every 3 months we get the remaining 10%(variable) of CTC based on our performance.
Its little complicated, let me know if its not clear

Yes but the thing is here I'm stuck in an Internal project.
Tech wise I have learnt a lot more than 5+ YOE , but financially I'm at the same salary that I had 2 years back. Please share your opinions. For how long you have here? And your experience. How is it so far?

Learning wise, project wise it's good but zero hike from last 2.8 yrs
