Trending @Capgemini; Got an offer but CG will release the annual/promotion letter by 15th April. The new compensation will be applicable in notice if I resign?

Annual promotions are already out, which BU do you belong from ? You need to resign after the letter is officially received. Ideally April month should have the revised salary. I still don't understand how can they give you promotion so late by 15th April.
