Got an offer!! 6/6/6

Got an offer from 6sense after 6 months of trying. The market conditions are still so bad, i applied for over 300 positions. Got a call back from only 6 of them and cracked one!!

Which sites did you use for job application? Did direct applications have a similar callback rate?

Mainly LinkedIn. Direct applications also don't improve call back rate. It's pretty dismal.
