Got an email from HR to attend one-one meeting in Chennai office with no clear context or agenda.
Subject: Review meeting to discuss your status.
Guys - Anyone from Chennai location received such email and attended this HR meeting? What was discussed in the meeting? Despite having allocation and billable role in current project why this email is sent from HR?
Discussed this with the manager who is a delivery partner. He replied that he is not aware about this email and asked to attend this meeting
Ur delivery partner, manager is just trying to show they are innocent..... the trigger comes when ur DP and manager both gets aligned and sends ur name in fluidity list. They made u scapegoat. Just try to get a confession and have an indirect understanding that ur DP and manager pushed ur name in Fluidity !!!
If ur DP would have been concerned about losing you from the project, they would have saved your name....they would not have asked u to attend the meeting. Thats the irony ...employee rights are slashed....thats better to unite and take with UNITE
Reply to them that ur allocated and billable to them and cc ur Delivery manager and ur supervisor and ur account HR

Your grade is C3A, if salary also 12-15lakh or above then definitely a problem for you.
So here all of you are above c3a grade
It is possible like all others here commented. But also know that there are some meetings happening, where it is really a check only and nothing to panic about. Go with a positive mindset and don’t get anxious by these comments.
