Not sure about this particular client,but client round in general are part of process,you should be able to handle that easily!!! Just be a bit prepared

Wait for the client interview results before relocating. A friend of mine had booked tickets and was about to relocate when tagged to a project, one day prior to shifting he was told to wait as there were some changes in client requirements.
