I got a show cause notice of my PIp asking for clarification of my performances and has given a meeting date on 22nd August.... What is going to happen next. Please reply

Be ready with all your data regarding your pip, if everything met then there will be no issue..if you didn't met the criteria might they ask you to resign or may terminate you..but be positive..also check with your manager
