Got a Promotion as retaining offer against Infosys offer
Hi all,
I got an Infosys job for 12lpa(fixes + 1L var) . Currently at 9 lpa in tcs with C1 grade, my manager promised me with promotion of C2 and 15% hike which may become 10.5 and in march it would be 11lpa.
Should I take it or accept Infosys. Please advice
Nikal ja bhai TCS se. Yaha pe sabar ka fal kadva hai.
Still less than 12 lpa of Infosys. And TCS will give you hike but you will never see any increment in salary when you will get the net salary at the end of the month. Better go ahead as next year 12 lpa might increase with hike in Infosys.
if you proceed with notice period you can try for higher package in other company. If you are fine with learning growth, team and 11lpa then you can stay with TCS

It's not a relationship where ur manager make s promise and it will be done. Even people are breaking promise in relationship.Hope it indicates you what to do next
