Got a job at Cognizant, please help me decide if I should take it

So I got a job at Cognizant in Chennai. I'm currently working at product based company in Bangalore as a Business Analyst for the last 2 years and this is my first job. The compensation I'm getting at cognizant is the same as my current pay.

So for the last few months I've been wanting to leave Bangalore and move back home for mental health reasons (Depression, and also struggling with an addiction that I won't go into details about). The company I'm in is a good one but the work I'm getting subpar and not challenging, and is part of the reason for my mental health issues currently.

So, while I'm all for moving back home with parents, I've heard mixed reviews about cognizant and their work life balance. If anyone is working there or is aware of the situation there please shed some light on it. The pay at my current company is pretty good and the benefits are really good, which is the only good thing about this company for me.

I'm anyways preparing for GMAT and am thinking of applying to MBA abroad for 2026 intake (or 2027 depending on deadlines and my decisions), so I not staying long term in either companies.

Please help me make a decision

PS: I've already asked my current company if they can let me work remote from my hometown, they denied it. That's not an option.
