Trending @Capgemini; Got a hike with no promotion

FSBU: Rating: Exceptional Salary hike 25% No promotion from B2 to C1 As promotion is almost confirmed by N+1 but not as such info mentioned in the letter. I guess they are not giving separate letter for promotion right??or is there any possibility to get in april??
