Got a call from recro, they want me to hire for one of the client , suggestions needed.

Hi all, I don't know about this company at all, but got a call from recro HR they are saying they hire for their client. I didn't get what they mean as I said is it service based they said no but after a year it will be converted into full time and it will be fully remote. Guys do you all have any idea about this?
