Got A band in consecutively 4th year

My manager told you may get B band due to your promotion last mid year.

But my client review to him was very good… I was like give me B band and I’ll leave TCS.

Just saw and got A band, my all bands are A in TCS… I dont have much interaction with my manager but he just know this guy is good in his work and thats it.

Some positive thing for me between ocean of negativity.

I joined tcs in digital role. In jul 2022.. I consecutively got A bands. When can i expect for promotion.. I would like to know normally what are the criteria for promotion and where we can check that

No I joined as ninja, but exactly in 1 yr I cracked digital and from then all A bands, last year ITA and now A again

I’m planning to… i got digital just after 1 yr after joining and got A bands and last year when i was thinking then they gave me ITA promotion and fixed my digital. Now I thought i would resign now but now they gave me A band…
