Got 5* rating and promotion but bad hike, looking for switch

Hi everyone, I have been working at a Bangalore based fintech startup for almost 3 years (this is my first company). Started as an intern, currently working as SDE 2.

In this year’s appraisal I got 5 star rating, promotion, but an average salary hike. I’m currently looking to switch company as I don’t see a bright future here.

I’m a full stack engineer, and have worked on things at scale, have built products from scratch (both backend and frontend), I have experience with devops and infra stuff as well.
