Trending @Wipro; Got 26% hike for band change
I was just curious about promotion letter just got mail but not letter. so I just checked in leave en-cashment in myfinancial portal and I can see 26% hike in my basic salary. My band also changed in psp page from B1 to B2. Anyone got letter? If you got how much hike you got? Is this hike good or not please let me know. I just wanted to have discussion regarding this with my manager because this hike is not at all seems good for me as I am low resource employee from past 3 years. Suggest me what I can do?
It is better then mine from b1 to b2 10% hike but again am happy for my self and happy for u as well as v aren't racing but sad part is Wipro atleast should have set similar standards for Band hikes atleast... MSI okie but again not for Band so that's Co. Unfair standard not urs or mine

I head couple of buddy's here got only 10% hike for B2. Usually b2 hike is 16 to 20% . I guess it's your msi 6% + 20% be hike.
