Got 2-3k less retention bonus ….last year it was full… anyone knows reason ????

Seems you are completing 4 years in tcs. So if you joined in Oct 4 years back it will be less as another one month will not calculate and from next year onwards it will be part of your monthly salary

Guys, do we get retention bonus every year?
