Got 12 percent hike in Infosys - Tcs Manager offering onsite but 2nd month of Notice period
Tcs or Infosys which is better today for work like balance and job security
Tcs manager is offering onsite but no action or visa initiation in second month of resignation . My client is US based I don’t know how will he raise onsite .
I believe he is just giving lollipops .
Please help in decision
When I resigned citing health issues (night shift), skills not aligning to project.
Manager replied we will give you AI projects in December, take back your paper, I'm very disappointed with your resignation, not good.
I said I got offer from big 4 and others are pipeline
He didn't answer and hung up the call.
I'm not even thinking about staying here but I'm 💯 sure that he will neither give AI projects nor salary increment.
Just a bogus😄
