This seems to be a role change hike, not a regular hike I guess.. but not sure.. the letter I saw didn't have this

I also have this doubt. I also received compensation revision letter today and it says congratulations for getting progression from 4B to 4A. And then the split up is shown like this image with the revised salary.
Is this because of the role change or is it the annual hike for 2025?

There was a post about that but now it's deleted.. it would say some bla bla and at the end it would have revised salary : ***** only not the break down

Oh okay. But is it like that because till JL3 there is no basket of allowances. Is it because of that?

Even those who got hike letters (No progression or Promotion) have this breakdown on the second page. And for progression we does not get any hike.
