Negotiate firmly but politely. Aim for at least 15LPA if you're a developer, 25LPA if you're a consultant. Always ask for a joining bonus. Be confident, but realistic.

Thank you very much, currently they have offered me a 22 LPA for group 8, how much max do you think I can ask for? I am having overall 12+yrs experience
