Google Team matching hell

I have given 7 team matching rounds. None of them selected me despite having a good CV and strong profile. All of them want immediate joining which is not possible for me as I work in a big MNC.

I mean if a company is desperate to hire you that they schedule seven different team matching rounds, why made you not take the leap of faith after the 2nd / 3rd rejection because of mismatch in joining expectations…
