Hi folks, I aim to reach staff engineer–level competency by 2027, comparable to the standards at leading companies like Google. My goal isn’t company-specific — I simply want to become a strong architect, engineer, and overall professional. I’d appreciate your guidance on how best to prepare.

Lol, this is not a govt scheme 5 year plan. Just prepare and timebox to 3-4 months. And I hope you know that cracking interview for staff vs working as a staff are two very different things.
