Google Roles Match

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to understand from people working in google, what exactly is the criteria for shortlisting? Talking specifically about non tech roles. Every role (early/mid) I have applied to I end up getting rejected after 1-2 weeks of showing "submitted" on portal. Would really appreciate if someone can review CV or help me get referrals for matching roles

Profile : Tier 1 Eng/ Tier 1 MBA Pre MBA : 2 YOE, Product based early stage firms in strategy and operations Post MBA : 1 YOE in Management consulting
