@Faang Folks - From Sep 25th till Oct 25th I had 5 rounds of interviews done for a TPM role. Out of these 5 (1 phone screen+ 4 on-site [2 Tech + 2 Functional]), I believe I did well on 4, except 2nd Technical round where I was not able to answer a question due to a brain fade moment. I checked in with the recruiter and she confirmed that 2nd Tech round was borderline and rest were good. It has been 2 weeks since last on-site round and despite multiple follow ups over phone and email, recruiter has not responded (which was not the case earlier). What could be the possible reason? Should I be hopeful or should I start looking for other jobs. I know who is the hiring manager as she did an interview round with me and that went superbly. Should I try and reach out to the HM on LinkedIn or should I wait for the recruiter to call back?

I gave my 3rd round of interview on last Friday and it went very well. I was told it was the last round and I was looking forward for an offer. But recruiter is telling me from the past 3 days that she hasn't received any feedback still ...
