Google Offer Review

Hi All,

I got an offer for Google India L4, Ad Sales (Non Tech), IC Role. I am an old IIM Pass out with 7 Years Exp across ECom and Retail. Need your guidance regarding the below pointers.

  1. Is the role level okay with respect to experience or is L4 an entry level role?

  2. CTC Offered is 30+5, Additionally ESOPs around 35L for 4 Years. My current CTC is 38 (No ESOPs) with yearly increment due. They didn't asked for any salary slip and shared that this is fixed at Job band level. Am I getting low balled?

  1. With 7 yoe, L5 should be ideal for you. Generally, L3 is entry-level, L4 is for upto 4 yoe.
