Google L6 Offer

Currently evaluating an offer from a Google Cloud team. They're offering only 10%on top of current base salary and capping the TC at 1.3Cr. I don't want to sound ungrateful or insensitive but I feel like I'm being lowballed from what I've seen on levels.fyi.

Anyone here that works in any of the GCP teams that can share some insight into the other aspects of working there besides just the compensation?
