Google L5 PM OFFER

As a pm with 8 years of exp, i am offered this at google bangalore. Does this seem fair or lowballing? What should be the num i should ask for?

Base 60 lpa Bonus 15% RSU 100k USD (vested over 4years) No sign on bonus
