Google L3 Data Science Offer

I'm currently working at a startup with my base being 29 LPA and there are ESOPs as well of 8L each year for 4 years. I recently gave interview at Google for Data Scientist role and they are offering following compensation: Base: Max 23.3L Stocks: 20500 USD vested over 4 years Sign on bonus: 2.5L Relocation bonus Performance bonus: 15% target (default)

This makes my total compensation around 35L for first year and similarly for 2nd year considering hike, vesting schedule and all.

I have total 2.5 years of experience in data science and analytics. Though, the team in whicj I'll join Google is pretty great on what i heard about and its growing team. But I'm very confused on whether to choose this offer or not since the change in CTC is not significant. Pls help me in deciding.
