You cannot because TCS is providing coupon for all Google certification. You should have taken coupon before going for exam .

There is only 1 percent chance of getting it reimbursed if you did certification without coupon

Even for normal reimbursement proceed, need to submit a nomination with TD in advance before even paying for it
