Google Careers page shows not proceeding during team match phase

Hello community,

I gave 5 interviews for the Google L3 role in March and April. I did quite well on all the DSA rounds and Googlyness rounds and the recruiter told me that feedback is positive. However, I only had one team match round where I was unable to make it to the team as someone else got the position. Since, then I am stuck in the team matching phase.

Now, today when I open the careers page and go to my application, it says not proceeding. Does that mean I am rejected ?

Or does that mean something else?
